As a single mom raising a child during the pandemic, it became important to also include affordable, feel good items across the board. We would never want to put something out there that we don't use & can't afford. I prefer quality over quantity. When you shop Candlsxcape, your not just buying merchandise, your investing in a small business owned by a single mom with the vision of improving mental health through creating an overall great feel-good experience .
The social media platforms also promote positive vibes because mental health and mental illness is an important focus point for me, after loosing a loved one by suicide. It's my belief that if one person sees a positive message and passes it along, you never know whose life it impacts, sometimes it can even be our own.

Top 3 Reasons Why We Focus on Soy Candles
- One of these most important advantages to soy wax is that it burns with zero petro soot, creating petro soot free candles. Petro-soot from paraffin candles gives off the same soot as the exhaust of a diesel engine for example, and is considered just as dangerous as second hand smoke.
- Most don't realize 100% soy wax candles with cotton core wicks and a blend of fine fragrance oils allows you to maximize the experience & enjoyment of slow burning non-overpowering candle. Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax and because of this, soy candles will burn slower or longer than paraffin candles.
